Of course the We-Vibe Touch is great for my peep, it’s shaped just like a scoop!
The Touch is made from body safe, non porous glossy silicone, which means that lint clings to it like all hell. Seriously, I can never have more than 3.5 seconds of lint free-ness. The gloss is nice, however, as when I rub it down with some water based lube I can slide along my vulva which feels great. I can come from all the speeds except the 1st one, and love to use the end as a hook of my inner labia and smush with a whole bunch of pressure.
The shape of the Touch is the greatest thing about it. While many clitoral vibes are skinny and short (for no reason other than I’m not entirely sure everyone involved in production is cliterate and understands that the inner workings of the clitoris are far more wide spread and diffuse than could ever be properly stimulated by something shaped like a crayon), the Touch is fat, which helps me reach all the places I like—mostly the clitoral legs and shaft. It also has a point which allows for easy precision. The indentation snugly hugs my clitoral hood and its rumbly vibes make me weak in the knees. It’s ergonomic and pretty powerful.
I should note that it is not as powerful as I’d imagined, however, but it’s still one of the more powerful ones I’ve tried (not to mention I had pretty high expectations). It’s vibrations are deep and rumbly and leave me feeling warm and content.
I am a little confused, however, because some product information says that there are 3 speeds and 5 settings, but I found 4 speeds and 4 settings. While I was excited that it has 4 steady speeds, I cannot really ascertain a difference between Level 2 and 3. They just exist. The Touch also has four settings of escalations and pulsations, which I never use because they notoriously ruin my orgasms and make no sense to my vulva. I did try them for the sake of this review, but it’s really not that useful. There’s something about the timing involved in using these settings. I’m come super close to orgasm, but the decline of power inevitably occurs at the exact, precise WRONG moment. I would rather have a vibe that has multiple speeds and very little other settings.
I have to be careful using the Touch what quickly became my favorite way, with the Comet G Wand from Jopen. I’ve pinched my inner labia a few times in the limited space between the Touch and what protruding of the Wand. Both tend to hog up my vulva, but they do compliment each other really well.
I do have a bit of a bone to pick. Working in the shop, I have come to despise magnetic chargers with my whole heart. The Touch’s charging port is a round circle with two metal prongs which attach to the two metal prongs at the Touch’s base. They do not lock properly, however, and are wobbly and I frequently find myself thinking that I have charged when it hasn’t been on the base in several minutes. It comes as no surprise to me that a lot of folks have had trouble with them holding charge, along with the Salsa and Tango. It has an initial charging time of about 90 minutes, and lasts for about 2 hours.
All in all, I think the Touch is one of the better vibes out there and I would recommend to just about everyone.
